The necessary accessories for the control of variable speed pumps with
ATEX category 2 approval and also for the operation of vacuum sensors
with ATEX approval may consist of single components. These components
must not be installed in the ATEX area itself. We recommend the
installation in a suitable switch cabinet. The installation of
electrical systems for EX areas must be performed according to the
applicable national requirements and standards, especially according to
IEC EN DIN 60079-11, by a qualified and trained professional.
