Option V: Pre-vacuum and Drying Vacuum - Laboklav 25

The Laboklav 25 series can optionally be equipped with extensive vacuum options.

Pre-vacuum (permanent or fractionated):
A pre-vacuum primarily ensures proper air removal from all types of packaged sterilization goods, solid and moist waste in bags, and other hard-to-vent items. A multi-stage (fractionated) pre-vacuum reliably removes existing air and enables unhindered steam penetration into the load. Only with a pre-vacuum can reproducible sterilization results be achieved for these applications in accordance with DIN 58951-2!

Drying vacuum:
The drying vacuum is used for final drying of all packaged sterilization goods. It ensures that any condensate remaining in the packaging is reliably evaporated and removed from the chamber by vacuum during the drying phase. This eliminates the need for post-drying in a separate drying oven.
