Heavy, polished, smooth granite weighing plate with a special seal and damping band running around the bottom. This compensates for small irregularities (e.g. from tiles) and minimises vibrations. The all-round support reduces the risk of chemicals or working materials spilling underneath and increases the hygiene of the workplace. Feet are deliberately omitted. Granites are highly resilient and require little maintenance. The polished and sealed surface also permits use in clean rooms. Levelling is done by the feet of the placed scales or equipment.

Straight bevelled edges, thickness 3 cm, surface polished and sealed.
