EDTA 0.5M is an enzyme-free, chemically defined, animal component-free concentrated dissociation solution.Instructions for usePrepare 0.5mM EDTA by combining 50?L of 0.5M EDTA, pH 8.0 with 50 mL of DPBS without calcium and magnesium. If required, filter the solution for sterility and store at room temperature.
