Venting valve in screw cap

This vented screw cap is a special lid designed for Bürkle space-saving canisters, featuring an integrated venting function. It has a standard thread (S 50 × 4, DIN 50) suitable for the wide opening of flat canisters and ensures that air can flow back into the canister during pouring or filling. This prevents glugging or unwanted pressure build-up in the canister, allowing the liquid to flow evenly and without interruption. The screw cap is equipped with a manually operated vent valve for air pressure equalization. Since venting does not occur automatically, the valve must be opened manually during emptying to allow air to enter and ensure a smooth, consistent flow of the liquid.
