The sample lance scraper is particularly suitable for sampling non-free-flowing, coagulating powders and granules. The scraper edge efficiently guides the material into a sealable inner tube for precise and contamination-free sampling. Variable zones within the inner tube can be individually adjusted by sliding PTFE separators to prevent mixing of samples and allow precise separation of different layers or areas. The sampling lance is ideal for removing large volumes of sample from different layers without mixing materials.

Two additional handles allow safe insertion, fixation and rotation of the material, and easy disassembly facilitates thorough cleaning.

The scraper is primarily used in industries where non-free-flowing, cohesive powders and granules need to be sampled.
In the food industry, samples of compacted or moist powders are often required. In the pharmaceutical industry, accurate sampling of pharmaceutical powders and granules, which often tend to clump together, is critical. For quality control and research, samples of chemical powders and granules that do not flow freely are often required. For the analysis of fertilisers or soil conditioners that cannot flow freely, the scraper provides an efficient sampling solution.
Pull out the inner tube and unscrew the stopper at the tip.Insert the desired number of separators into the inner tube and push into the desired position.Reinsert the inner tube and screw the plug tight.Turn the upper handle of the sampling lance clockwise.The sampler is closed and can be inserted into the medium to be sampled.When the desired depth is reached, turn the upper handle of the sampling lance counterclockwise.Turn the sampler slightly. The sample is transported into the sample chamber through the scraping edge.Turn the upper handle of the sampling lance clockwise. The collector is closed and can be removed from the powder/granulate.Flowable samples can be emptied into a suitable collecting vessel via the open inner tube.
