The TG 60 is an extremely flexible glossmeter for measuring medium gloss levels on coatings, plastics and related materials. It has been designed with ergonomic features for easy handling during extended applications. Measurements are further facilitated by touch screen technology and the intuitive, integrated and icon-guided software for data management, control, editing and deletion of data sets.
The QC software "OnGloss" is offered as standard with extended functionalities for the PC (not included in delivery) via USB cable including print functions for the QC report as well as other useful functions.
5 measurement series can be displayed for quick and easy comparison. The memory capacity includes more than 1000 data series. Measurements taken with a simple "pass" "fail" option pressed against the sample show the record, date and time.
A user-friendly onscreen menu guides the user through the calibration procedure using the included calibration plate, simplifying and speeding up the process.
The TG 60 supports the following standard gloss values: ASTM D523, ASTM C584, ASTM D2457, BS3900 D5, DIN 67530, DIN EN ISO 2813, EN ISO 7668 and JI Z 8741.
The white LED light sources have an average life of 5 years or more than 3 million measurements.
