Two-part high-performance ultrasonic bath with bottom and side sound and heating for industry, service and maintenance.
The welded ultrasonic bath made of 2 mm stainless steel 1.4404 guarantees maximum durability even with intensive use.
A modular design allows a wide variety of configurations from the individual cleaning trough to the complete cleaning line.
The integrated overflow pocket is used to connect an oil separator to separate cleaned oil films from the cleaning solution.

- Spray tube for removing floating oils from the liquid surface into the overflow pocket
- Level switch as dry-running protection for heating and ultrasonic sensor
- Height-adjustable feet

Round tub corners on sides and bottom make tub cleaning easier. Dirt build-up is avoided.
The installation of the control elements in the upper part of the tub makes it easier to operate the switches for ultrasonic and heating.
The inclined bottom of the tub allows better cleaning results due to optimal sound propagation. The emptying of the tub is facilitated, dirt accumulation and residual liquid on the bottom is largely avoided.

The two-part design allows the ultrasonic Ultraschallgenerator to be installed separately from the wet area.
The Ultraschallgenerator is equipped with infinitely variable power control, serial interface and remote control connection for external control and monitoring.
Several cleaning tubs, also of different frequencies, can be put into operation with one Ultraschallgenerator.

Multi-frequency units in TwinSonic design work with ultrasonic systems of different frequencies on the bottom and side. Advantages are an even sound and power distribution for a better cleaning result in less time.
